Each game in the Artisanat collection is a piece made to order or in small series, carefully crafted using demanding artisanal methods. At Kartograme , we place excellence at the heart of our approach: rigorous selection of materials, careful finishing, and manufacturing in small series to guarantee impeccable quality.

Our cards are made from acid-free handmade paper , molded in France and Japan, renowned for its nobility, durability, and exceptional texture. Printing is carried out using a fine art inkjet printer , using pigment inks for unparalleled finesse and color retention worthy of museum standards.

Each card is assembled in three folds : the front, the back, and an opaque central cardboard ensuring strength and opacity. They are then polished with organic superfatted soap , a finish that strengthens the surface while providing a soft and slippery feel, ideal for smooth mixing.

The manual cutting with shears , precise to 0.3 mm, and the rounded corners demonstrate the care taken with every detail.

Finally, each game is carefully packaged in a traditional paper envelope , slipped into a velvet pouch , and accompanied by a maintenance kit including natural soap and a cotton wick, to preserve the beauty of your cards over time.
