Kartograme Shipping Policy


At Kartograme, we are committed to providing you with high quality handcrafted products and a fast, reliable delivery service. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our deadlines and procedures.


1. Shipping times

1.1. Products in stock

Products in stock are dispatched within 5 working days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.


1.2. Pre-order products

Pre-order products are shipped on the date announced at the time of pre-order purchase. This date is specified on the product page and in the order confirmation e-mail.


1.3. Products with Custom Finishes

For products requiring custom-made finishes, such as :



- Edge gilding

- Face illumination

- Custom cases made to order

- Hand-painted back

Shipping time is 6 weeks. This time includes the time needed to supply the raw materials selected to measure, the time needed to produce the work, and the drying time essential to the final quality of the product.

 

2. Shipping costs


Shipping costs vary according to the destination and weight of your order. The exact costs are calculated and displayed during the order process, before your purchase is confirmed.

3. Order tracking


As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

4. Delivery addresses


We ship our products worldwide. Please be sure to provide a complete and accurate delivery address to avoid any delays or delivery problems.

5. Delivery delays and problems


Although we make every effort to meet our delivery deadlines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, etc.). In the event of delays or delivery problems, please contact our customer service department at contact@kartograme.com for assistance.


6. Damaged or missing products


If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us an e-mail to contact@kartograme.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items or a description of the missing items. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
