Item eligibility for returns and exchanges
All items sold in our store are eligible for returns and exchanges, with the exception of the following products:
- Items with custom finishes, such as :
- Gilding of edges on request
- Face illumination on request
- Custom cases made to order
- Sale items
- Unique works of art covered by a sales contract
Return period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.

- Be in perfect condition
- Be in its complete original packaging
