Kartograme Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between KARTOGRAME, represented by Agnès Kappler, registered under number 793699570 in the Créteil Trade and Companies Register (RCS), domiciled at 42 Rue Tolstoï, 94800 Villejuif, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase from the www.kartograme.com website (hereinafter "the Site").



2. Products
2.1. Description of Products
Kartograme offers handcrafted games, cards, travel games and works of art for sale. Each product is described and presented as accurately as possible. However, Kartograme cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation.



2.2 Guarantees
Warranty for handcrafted products:

Handcrafted products are guaranteed for 10 years under normal conditions of use.

Handcrafted products are guaranteed for 5 years for intensive and professional use.

Defects caused by exposure to moisture, water or deliberate tearing are not covered by the warranty.

In the event of cards becoming detached, repairs, replacements and shipping costs will be fully covered by Kartograme.

3. Controls
3.1. Order process
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket. Once the selection of products is complete, the Customer validates his/her basket and provides the information required for delivery and payment. The order is confirmed by sending an e-mail to the Customer.



3.2. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Kartograme reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.



4. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via secure means. The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping times
Products in stock are dispatched within 5 working days.

Pre-ordered products are shipped on the date announced at the time of pre-order purchase.

Products requiring custom finishing (edge gilding, illumination, personalized cases) are dispatched within 6 weeks.

5.2. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination and weight of the order and are specified during the ordering process.



5.3. International shipments
For international shipments outside the European Union, import taxes and customs clearance fees may apply and may be collected by the carrier. The Customer undertakes to pay these charges, failing which the items will not be delivered. Kartograme declines all responsibility for reimbursement in the event of non-payment of fees related to the importation of products into a country outside the European Union.

7. Intellectual property rights
All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights and is the exclusive property of Kartograme. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.



8. Protection of Personal Data
Kartograme is committed to protecting its customers' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The information collected is used only in the context of the commercial relationship with the Customer.



9. Liability
Kartograme shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or the purchase of products, unless otherwise provided by law.



10. Modification of the GCS
Kartograme reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Modifications will be effective as soon as they are published on the Site. It is the Customer's responsibility to consult the GTC regularly.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GCS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
