Before observing the cards, I reserve a timeless moment where the external calm allows me to focus on my inner world. With my eyes closed, attentive to the sensations, I let the thoughts and the mind dissolve, and I try to be a witness to myself. Then my eyes open to the image of the tarot, with a completely renewed and neutral look. I practice welcoming the message delivered by my unconscious.
